When a team choose to collaborate on a project, their motivation and goodwill can set their attention in a great space to collaborate - when Agile is brought into an organisation and teams are required to collaborate then a shorthand for shifting Contempt to Curiosity is required, especially when conflicts emerge. Clean Language and Systemic Modelling offer a simple technique for providing a group with tools for paying collaborative attention to one another - minimising time and goodwill wasted in miscommunication.
